Special thanks to Vermeer

When digging a ditch to lay pipeline, you will undoubtedly have to cross other utilities. To do this safely, we use a water Vac Tron to safely pot hole for utilities.  Vermeer came out to Campbellsville, KY this week to teach our crews how to use the new Air 873 SDT air vac system: a Vac Tron that uses air rather than water.  The benefit of this is so that you can reuse your spoils to backfill your holes, whereas with water you couldn’t. This is just another way Team Construction ensures and facilitates safe digging.  A special thanks to Dick Thompson and Kenny Harper for coming out and demonstrating the Air 873 SDT air vac system.
